By using the Website or making a donation to Kibera Kids through the Website, a third party provider or otherwise (“Donation”), you acknowledge and agree that:

Donations

1. All donations are received with thanks and contribute towards our charitable efforts. As donations they are freely given and are not refundable. If you have set up a recurring Donation to Kibera Kids in connection with its child sponsorship program or as a general donation (whether through Direct Debit, a standing order or otherwise) you are free to cancel future recurring Donations at any time.

When you make a Donation to Kibera Kids you will be asked to confirm that you are a UK taxpayer meeting the criteria of the Gift Aid scheme. We will claim the tax back on every eligible donation in accordance with the rules of the Gift Aid Scheme as they apply at the time.

When a Donation is made the transaction is final and not disputable unless unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of any fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

You are permitted to download and print content from the Website solely for your own internal business purposes and/or personal use. The above terms of use shall be governed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England although Kibera Kids  retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
